Explore the Quran in the reading you use

Noor Al-Islam lets you read the Quran in Hafs, Warsh and Qaloon. You can open the Warsh mushaf or Qaloon mushaf, choose a surah, and listen to recitation from the appropriate reading. The Quran reader offers Tajweed colors and translations. For a quick starting point, see all 114 surahs, the 30 juz, or our Warsh and Hafs comparison. The site keeps the source of each reading clear so you can tell which text and audio you are using.

Listen to Quran reciters

The reciter library brings together recordings across different readings. Curated pages for Omar Al-Qazabri, Hicham Lharraz and Mahmoud Khalil Al-Hussary show the available recitation editions and surahs, with playable audio. These pages link back to the reader so you can follow along. Availability depends on the audio provider and may change over time.

Find prayer times and Qibla by city

Use the prayer-times directory to choose a city. Each city page includes today’s Fajr, sunrise, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib and Isha times and a monthly timetable in the page HTML. It also shows the local time zone, coordinates and calculation method. Start with Casablanca, Rabat, Paris or London. The Qibla tool helps you find the direction to Makkah. Calculated times can differ from a local mosque timetable; our calculation guide explains why.

Read Hadith, duas and daily adhkar

Browse 10 Hadith collections, including Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim, or read the 40 Hadith Nawawi. The Hisn al-Muslim duas are organized by situation, with Arabic text, transliteration and English where available. There are separate pages for morning adhkar and evening adhkar. You can also browse the 99 Names of Allah with a note explaining the source and status of the commonly circulated list.

Use the app across languages and devices

Noor Al-Islam is free to use in a browser and can be installed for offline access. The app includes the Quran, Hadith, prayer tools, a tasbih counter, Zakat calculator, Hajj guide and Islamic audiobooks. The Quran index is available in 14 languages, with dedicated Arabic and French pages for many other sections. Check the source as you learn

For Quran study, begin with the Arabic text and use translations to understand its meaning; translations are interpretations, so wording can vary. When listening, check the reciter and reading named beside the recording, especially if you compare Hafs, Warsh and Qaloon. On a Hadith or dua page, use the collection and reference shown there to verify a quotation. The prayer pages display their calculation method because two valid timetables can use different parameters. If you need a personal religious ruling, ask a qualified scholar rather than treating a website summary as a fatwa.
